DIY Healthy Baby Cereal

Make this lovely healthy recipe for your baby that tastes exactly like the store bought one. With 3 ingredients only and less than 5 mins!

As a parent, I know how it feels to not have time all the time to prepare healthy meals in advance for my little one. So, what I used to do, is grabbing those in store meals from the baby section that I find them convenient and also my baby started liking them.

But then one day, I woke up and decided to create my own version of baby cereal. I didn’t want to keep feeding him the packaged ones because I have heard that they were full of sugar and unhealthy ingredients. And also whenever I fed him the store packaged food, for some reason I feel bad about it later.

I came up with this recipe. It is so easy and simple. The ingredients are so beneficial for your little one.

Dattes: Are a good source of minerals like iron, calcium, sodium phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and zinc. They also contain vitamins like thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, Vitamin A, B6 and Vitamin K.

Oat: High in fiber and nutrients and also prevents constipation.

Milk (Formula): Provides babies with the nutrients they need to grow and thrive.

This recipe is so quick and can be ready in 5 mins.
