Almond Banana Cinnamon Smoothie is a great kid friendly drink.

It’s great for toddlers as well and it had just the good stuff!

Toddlers can be very picky. And if you have a picky eater like my son, you need to start finding ways to hide healthy food in smoothies, soups or muffins.

In fact, picky eating usually peaks in the toddler and preschool years. Many parents worry that their picky eater is not getting enough nutrition to grow. But in most cases, he is.

As parents, we just have to be smart about me and include those healthy food in different recipes.

Almond Banana Smoothie
  • Save

You’ll need:

  • 1/2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 small Banana or 1/2 a big banana.
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • Any milk you’d like. I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

Place the banana, cinnamon, honey , almond butter intro a blender.

Add the milk and blend until its incorporated.

Serve and enjoy!
