To make these muffins, I started by mixing eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and a splash of vanilla extract. Then I added the Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix and gently folded in the canned blueberries that come with the mix along with a small amount of fresh strawberries.

I intentionally skipped adding extra fresh raspberries because I wanted the muffins to stay light and fluffy without becoming soggy. Instead, I added a small spoonful of raspberry fruit spread in the center of each muffin for that delicious fruit-filled surprise.

The result is a soft muffin packed with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberry flavor in every bite. The buttermilk helps create a tender bakery-style texture, while the berry filling makes them feel extra special.
