🛒 What You’ll Need

Here are a few tools I used to make these muffins:

👉 Mini Muffin Liners (Amazon): https://amzn.to/4tsYZBX

👉 Vanillin Powder (Amazon): https://amzn.to/4mIwDkE

These help give your muffins that bakery-style look and flavor 💗

🍌 Ingredients

  • 5 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • ½ cup avocado oil
  • 1½ cups flour (adjust as needed)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla (or vanillin powder)
  • chocolate chips

👩‍🍳 How to Make Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

1. Prepare the wet ingredients

Mash your bananas until smooth.
Add avocado oil and mix well.

2. Mix the dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, combine:

  • flour
  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • vanilla

Add chocolate chips and mix.

3. Combine everything

Add dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Mix until you get a batter that is:
👉 not too wet
👉 not too dry

🧁 Muffin Hack (No Muffin Tray Needed!)

If you don’t have a muffin tray, no problem!

  • Line a baking pan with foil
  • Double up your parchment muffin liners
  • Place them directly on the tray

💡 This helps them hold their shape — a trick I learned from a bakery!

🔥 Baking Instructions

  • Bake at 350°F (175°C)
  • For about 20–25 minutes
  • Keep an eye on them until golden on top

🥡 Storage Tips

  • Store in a glass container at room temperature for up to 5 days
  • For me, I move them to the fridge after day 3
  • They stay soft and don’t get sticky like traditional muffins!

💗 Final Thoughts

These muffins are honestly a lifesaver for busy moms.
They’re simple, healthy, and my kids LOVE them!

Perfect for:

  • breakfast
  • snack time
  • school lunchboxes
